We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead with over 10 years of experience to drive and implement impactful business change within an international IT program in the insurance/financial services domain.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in leading change on major programs, adeptness with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and exceptional communication skills to foster positive change success.

Reporting to the Business Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
Change Leadership
Lead change initiatives in line with programme change management methodologies aligned with the goals of the individual country implementations.
Guide and inspire teams through transitional periods, fostering a culture that embraces change and innovation.
Business Change Implementation
Drive the implementation of business change by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into existing processes and systems.
Assess potential impacts and risks associated with change and develop mitigation strategies.
Utilise the Change Management Approach to help build, maintain and deliver on the practical requirements within the Change Management Plan
Methodologies
Navigate both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting change management approaches based on the project's nature and requirements.
Implement best practices in change management to ensure effective and efficient change adoption.
Exemplary Communication Skills
Employ exceptional communication strategies to positively influence stakeholders and team members, effectively conveying the benefits and necessity of change.
Craft compelling narratives and messaging to inspire commitment and engagement in change efforts.
Be open to and act upon feedback from programme stakeholders to change and employ an approach of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
Collaborate closely with stakeholders at various levels to understand their concerns, expectations, and readiness for change.
Build strong relationships with key influencers to support change efforts across the organization.
Measure and Analyse Change Success
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives in line with the Change Management Approach and Plan
Conduct thorough assessments and analysis to continuously improve change management strategies.
Ability to inspire and guide teams through transitional phases, fostering a culture of feedback, adaptability and innovation.
Capability to develop and implement change strategies that align with organizational objectives and values
+ Over 3 years of progressive experience in change management, particularly within major programs in the insurance/financial services industry.
+ Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
+ Proven track record in successfully leading and influencing change in complex organizational environments.
+ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage global teams effectively within demanding deadlines and timescales.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical stakeholders in support of the change management plan.
+ Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
+ Fluent English and native German speaker. Proficient in one of Flemish, Dutch or French an advantage.
+ Excellent authoring and document review skills and vocabulary
+ Negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills.
+ Excellent team player with the ability to maintain trust at all levels.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Practical information:
+ Virtual 98% of the time, attending the office when needed as demanded by business reasons and some foreign travel. Estimate, office days every 3 months and EMEA workshop travel 2-4 times a year.
