We always present the freelance candidates at competitive hourly rates, which include our fee.

Recruitment & Selection:
If the candidate is permanently employed by you, we charge a compensation of 22% on the candidate’s gross annual salary – with a minimum fee of €7.500,-.

For you as professional

As professional in the HOOP of Freelancers United, we will approach you for a position or a project. If we approach you and you are triggered by our proposed project for you, we will send you the position profile and, or the JobsPod via Whatsapp or email. We will then call you to go over everything and confirm the conditions under which we will introduce you to the client.

That’s when the process really starts: you are invited for a talk with the client and we will prepare you for this talk. Afterwards, we communicate the feedback from our client.

We respect your privacy

We store your data with the aim of connecting you with fitting requests and clients.

We use your data to determine whether you are a suitable professional for one of our clients and inquiries placed with us. We do so based on your CV and address details. To then be able to check this, we need your phone number and e-mail address.

We only forward your details (name, age, location, rate and work experience) to the relevant client after consultation and with your agreement.

Your data and documents are stored in a secure system. This is confidential and we handle this with utmost care. In case you may have any objections or would like to view your data, let us know. On request, you can at any time access your data and if desired, have it removed.
