What a terrible term. Really. People are nauseated by it. Me too. But yes, I am that. I enjoy being with people. I connect. I make sure things are right and everyone feels okay. That immediately sounds like a cliché LinkedIn phrase. That's exactly why I hate that term. "People person" feels like something you say in a job interview because you can't think of anything better.
