Quite big. I forget to eat when I'm working. I need that reminder. If a flexible lunch is arranged, I do even better. Very tasty food motivates even more. Best catering I've ever had? A huge plate of potatoes and confit de canard. I'm not saying that should be the standard. But it would be nice.
