JOGG renews the JOGG-Teamfit approach and prepares for a broader, more professional role for the current Teamfit coach. This healthy sport advisor becomes part of local JOGG teams and helps sports and community locations to become structurally healthier. Training, tooling, and all associated communication tools will therefore be redeveloped. For this transition, JOGG is looking for an operational communication professional who can adapt quickly, write clearly, and efficiently translate existing content into new resources. You ensure that strategic choices are turned into concrete, clear, and well-designed communication materials for training, tools, and channels.

You contribute to the professionalization of a renewed national approach for a healthy sports environment. You write and edit content for the JOGG Academy, websites, and other resources that support the future advisor for healthy sports and volunteers on-site. This way, you directly contribute to healthier sports and community locations throughout the Netherlands.
From strategy to concrete resources
The strategic lines are set elsewhere. You translate these choices into practical and clear communication tools: presentations, e-learning modules, step-by-step plans, factsheets, and formats. You also develop materials for the updated tool that will succeed MIJNTeamfit and ensure all content is accurate, in the correct style, and delivered on time.
You make the most of what is already there. You clean up existing content, update texts, and reuse material for jogg-teamfit.nl, the current tool, and new training resources. You work lean, within the JOGG and Teamfit style guidelines, and in close consultation with the Communication team and the Teamfit project team.

In this project, JOGG works closely with an external agency and a multidisciplinary team. You step in as the driving force behind implementation communications. You ensure all materials are delivered on time, in the right tone, and aligned with the right audiences. The future healthy sports advisor. Volunteers on site.
