RAM-IT is a Dutch managed service provider that deliberately focuses on healthcare. They help organizations by outsourcing tailored ICT: from (managed) cloud and hosting services to workplace management, network services and service management for end users. The emphasis is on reliability, continuity and a governance model that fits customer organizations. RAM-IT works with the motto “Heart & Soul” on ICT for better care and is a growing organization with hundreds of employees and a large healthcare customer portfolio. The context of this assignment matches that scale: rebranding that affects all business units (marketing, IT, HR, legal and operations) and must be carefully introduced within the organization and to customers.
