You act as an experienced sparring partner who spots opportunities, maintains media relations and translates complex stories into relevant publicity. You support a mission-driven organisation that invests in sustainable technology. The work is flexible and project-based, with peaks around product launches, investment funds and other newsworthy developments. You work independently, contribute strategically and know the right moment to release a story.

You maintain existing relationships with journalists. You actively build new contacts within financial, technological and business media. You assess which developments are newsworthy. You help to find the right angle and ensure stories reach the correct editorial teams. The focus is on the quality of contacts, not on sending out large numbers of press releases.
We make complex topics easy to understand.
You dive into topics such as venture capital, sustainable technology, regulation, AI and the energy transition. From this basis, you translate complex subjects into clear and relevant stories for different audiences. Depending on the topic, you switch easily between financial, technological and broader social media.
You work mostly remotely and are available when news happens. The average commitment is 10 to 15 hours per quarter. You work extra hours around launches, podcasts or other PR moments. You operate independently, but you connect regularly with the internal team and share ideas about new opportunities.
