As a Senior Web Designer at KPMG, you are responsible for implementing a future-proof web strategy that aligns seamlessly with the brand identity and organizational goals. You lead multidisciplinary projects ensuring that UX standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG) are adhered to. Additionally, you oversee the migration to new digital platforms, such as Adobe Cloud, and collaborate with a junior team member on the technical execution of improvements. You analyze user data, conduct audits and user research, and support improvement initiatives based on these findings. You draft business requirements and user criteria for websites and digital channels, and work closely with digital channel specialists, content specialists, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality online brand experience. You also act as a strategic advisor for internal stakeholders and take the lead with IT, global digital marketing, and external suppliers. Throughout the entire process, you safeguard brand consistency and coordinate both functional and technical improvements to continuously optimize the digital experience.
