Pioneering means daring to try things. Experimenting. That was exactly the approach of Building IT. And that is exactly the approach they expect from IT professionals. Because the organization mediates in the tech world, but does so with a new twist. And we helped them with that. In the form of a new brand: not medior. A brand that allows tech pros to play at the forefront.

It's actually very simple: not medior develops what organizations need: not medior techs. Tech pros get what they deserve: the best projects and the right skills to play at the forefront. Nothing mediocre about it. In a workshop, we brought everything to light. Because what is your story, who is your target group, what is your vision? We decoded the input and developed a pioneer in the tech world.
